ただ、どうも胡散臭いんだよな、これ。この2人、Bar Tartineを購入してCrescentという新しいレストランにするという話があったと思うけど、立ち消えに。で、今回自分たちで別の場所に日本料理にインスパイアされた"Motze"というレストランを今月末に開店するんだそう。結局方向性の違いとかで揉めた可能性大。

んで、その試験的メニューがこれ。
えっと、熟れ鮨？？？そ、それは…。なんか大丈夫なの、という気がしてくる。
で、いまBar Tartineがある場所はTartineのオーナーのChadたちがそのうち何かを打ち立てる予定。こっちの方がよっぽど期待が持てる。と言いつつ未だにTartine Manufactory行ってないんだがｗ。
