3週間前からCostcoのお徳用Humboldt Fogを買おうか買うまいか悩んでたんだけど、今日のチーズ棚でロックフォールを見つけてしまった。前はパピヨンが置いてあったんだけど例の回収騒ぎのせいか置いてあったのはソシエテ。ということで買ってみる。
このパッケージ、150gで$4.49。Costcoのチーズの値付けは神。
んで、早速開けてみた。
久々見たけど、やっぱりこの青カビは凶暴ｗ。一かけら食べてみたけど頭がクラクラする味。ブルーチーズが好きな人は大好きだろうけど、嫌いな人は大嫌いだろうなｗ。パクチーと同じ。
昨日の「ニセカビパン」に本物カビチーズを載せて、至福だ。
