フルシティまでローストしてみた。
Burman Coffeeのテイスティングによれば、

Clean, sweet, balanced and fresh as can be. This cup mimics a very nice Kenyan auction lot - way cool for a Uganda coffee and nice for us consumers as well for a similar cup out of Kenya would be a couple bucks more. Caramel/molasses tones, floral tones and chocolaty tones make for a very nice treat. Good from light to dark - this cup does contain some good acidity so balance it out by your roast level preference.
とあって、酸味があるんでロースト具合でキャラメル・モラセス・フローラルとバランスするように、とあったけど、飲んでみたら酸味は全然感じなかったなぁ。嫌味のないダークな感じだったけど、推薦より深くローストしすぎたか？まあ自分的にきらいじゃないんで良いんだけど。
