今日のリンゴ。

Campbellのファーマーズマーケットへ。奥はアウェイのジム帰りなんで、現地集合のため自分は自転車で向かう。それにしても24時間以内にTarmac(Mt.Um)/Allez(rollers)/Hardrockと別々の自転車に乗ったのは初めてかも。

Prevedelli Farmsでのリンゴ探求は続く。

 ピピンが出だしてたので、奥のクッキング用に。それにいつものGravensteinと、あとエアルーム種で"Winter Banana"というのが出ていたんでそれも。

「人によってはバナナの香り・味がする」と書かれてるけど、 全くしませんでしたw。普通のタルトアップル系。

他にもquince(=花梨)とか桃とか購入。それと久々Manresa Breadに吸い込まれてバブカ衝動買いｗ。バゲットも買う。

 Manresa Bread、最近粉をCoke FarmのHard Red Wheatに変えたんで売り場のお兄ちゃんにどうか聞いてみたら、"more flavorful & chewey"になったそう。うちのCentral MillingのArtisan Bakers Craftがそろそろ切れ掛かってるんで、次はCoke Farmのにしてみよう。Menlo Parkの方がPetalumaより格段に近いんで。
