前にイタリアがナポリピザの焼き方をユネスコ無形文化遺産申請してると書いたけど、

どうもそれが承認されたらしい。NPR特有オヤジギャグタイトル記事。

ユネスコのページにも"Pizzaiuolo"で堂々登場。

ということで今日のピザは、そんなことガン無視のツナマヨピザ。

庭のバジルがほぼ壊滅状態。もう収穫できないあれは。
