このタイトル久々。
この年を最後に流石に招待が来なくなっていたSea Otter Classic。が、今日メールを開けたら、
おおお〜！5年ぶりのオーナーご招待。しかし購入して余裕で10年以上経つオーナーになんという心配り。スバルはやっぱり偉い！
VIPお昼はないみたいだけど、VIP Parkingにいろいろギブアウェイもあるらしい。しかも今年は１日だけじゃなく丸々４日の入場無料、まあ仕事もあるんでw、全日観戦とはいかないけど、日曜に奥と行ってくる予定。

初めの数分は"low"でやれ、とあった。

いままで初めから"medium/high"でやってましたよw。これでさらにローストのムラがなくなることを期待。
Tres Leches Cake
CostcoのTres Leches Cake。
今までずーっと「三層のレイヤードケーキ」と理由なく勝手に思い込んでたんだけど（いや、理由あるか。"tres = 3"だから）、
A tres leches cake (Spanish: pastel de tres leches or torta de tres leches), also known as pan tres leches ("three milks bread"), is a sponge cake—in some recipes, a butter cake—soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream.
When butter is not used, the Tres Leches is a very light cake, with many air bubbles. This distinct texture is why it does not have a soggy consistency, despite being soaked in a mixture of three types of milk.
本当の意味は「3つの乳製品ケーキ」。エバミルク・コンデンスミルク・ホィップクリームでスポンジを浸したもの。名前がスペイン語なことからもわかるけど、メキシコ・中南米のものらしい。
基本スポンジケーキなんで初めの口当たりは軽かったけど、どーんと胃にくる重さw。甘さはアメリカケーキ。
アメリカで最も裕福な郵便番号地区。
