これは確か先日載せたPonsford's Placeが全粒粉を仕入れている、Community Grainsのファウンダー、Bob Kleinがオーナーのレストラン。というかOlivetoで全粒粉を作るプロジェクトをしていた結果できたのがこのCommunity Grainsというのが正しい。なのでCommunity Grainsで作られた全粒粉、パスタはOlivetoで、パンはPonsford's Placeで食べられる。

このToasted whole grain "Hard Amber Durum" pastaはこの前書いたMarket Hallがオンライン販売しているほか、この辺りのWhole Foodsでも卸されている様子。今度試してみよう。
