と書くと、先日惜しまれつつ亡くなったB.B.Kingを連想するけれど、これはチーズの話。
「チーズの聖地巡礼」という記事。そこに出てくる"Roquefort"というチーズ、知らなかったけどWikipediaによれば、
Roquefort (US /ˈroʊkfərt/ or UK /rɒkˈfɔr/; French: [ʁɔk.fɔʁ]; from Occitan ròcafòrt [ˌrɔkɔˈfɔrt]) is a sheep milk blue cheese from the south of France, and together with Bleu d'Auvergne, Stilton, and Gorgonzola is one of the world's best known blue cheeses.[2]
Bleu d'Auvergne/Stilton/Gorgonzolaと並んで「ブルーチーズの王様」の異名を取るほどのチーズらしい。これは試してみなければ。
