ベーカリー、今年の一番の発見が多分ここだと思う。まだ今年終わってないけどねｗ。
ここのパンを買うためにマウンテン・ビューのファーマーズ・マーケットにかよっていた、と言ってもあながち間違いじゃないかも。んで、今日こんな記事を読む。
This Thanksgiving, the Midwife and the Baker, which sells Thomas “Mac” McConnell’s artisan breads and pastries at farmers’ markets around the Bay Area, is taking a tentative new step: Offering customers the option to pick up their orders at McConnell’s new bakery in Mountain View.

McConnell also hopes to keep expanding beyond the weekend farmers’ markets, opening up his bakery for sales. The Thanksgiving pre-orders — orders must be in before 1 p.m. on Tuesday — are a test run: If customers keep finding their way to his shop, he’ll keep selling bread out the door.
おお〜！まだ試しのプリオーダーピックアップのみだけど、遂にbrick & mortarのお店が開きそう。これは楽しみだ。上の日記エントリーでも予想したけど、やっぱりマウンテン・ビューに。
