最近元上司が車を新調した。今まで乗ってたのは18年落ちのインテグラ。で、今回買ったのがトヨタ(こっちだとScion)のFR-S。例のAE86譲りのFRにスバルのボクサーを積んだ奴。しかも色が『真っ赤』。これはmidlife crisis以外の何物でもないだろうｗ。
まあそんなこともあり、JalopnikにFR-Sの写真が乗ってたのでつい読んでみた。

トヨタがFR-Sベースのステーション・ワゴンを考えているらしいというニュース。でこの"shooting brake"って初耳だったんで調べたらステーション・ワゴンの事を指すらしい。"brake"は元々馬車の筐体の意味だったそうだけれど、"shooting"はどういう意味なんだろう。
