で知ることに。享年48歳、まだ若いのに。合掌。
Dave Carpenter、渡辺貞夫のコンサート*1で生で観たことがあるけれど、どっちかといえばAllan Holdsworthのベーシストとしての印象が個人的には強い。動くCarpenterの映像も一枚だけ"Allan Holdsworth - live at the galaxy theatre"というDVDを持っている。ただこれが正規版とは思えないほどショボい映像。こんなの：
ところでgnarlygeezer.comというサイトでこのDVDを買ったんだけれど、今覗いたらなんだかよくわからないサイトに変貌していた。一応Allan Holdsworth関係みたいだけれど、音楽を売りたいのか売りたくないのか…、ファンのホームページという雰囲気。
