If you've ever prayed to a higher power during a close call with a car on the Woodside bicycle loop, you may want to grab your bike and pedal up to Portola Valley on Sunday.
There, the Valley Presbyterian Church at 945 Portola Road will hold its first annual Blessing of the Bikes at 10:45 a.m.

WoodsideのPortola Rd.沿いにある教会が"Blessing of the Bikes"というイベントを企画していて、明日がその第一回らしい。自転車を持っていくと安全を祈ってくれて聖水をふりまいてくれるというもの。その他にもエナジーバーやスポーツ店のクーポンなどいろんなgiveawayをくれる。"Blessing of the Bikes"という文言入りのウォーター・ボトルも配るそうなんで、コレクターの方はどうぞ（笑）。
