Welcome to the San José Community Survey!

Your household should have received a letter from NORC at the University of Chicago with the Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your household. We ask that the adult (18 years old or older) living in your household who has the next or upcoming birthday complete this survey. (By “living in this household,” we mean anyone for whom this home is the primary residence.) The average time to complete this survey is about 30 minutes.

 犯罪や差別、コロナ禍対応等のコミュニティサーベイ。National Institute of Justiceの出資のもと、San Jose State Univが実施しているもの。

 なんか２ドル札とか同封されてた。サーベイにはたまにあるけど。でも２ドル札とか久しぶりに見たな。
