ドーサというのはクレープのようなインド料理。会社のケータリングで食べたこともある。なので本場モンを食べようとマネージャーに聞いたら、バンガロールで一番のドーサやさんに連れて行ってくれた。このお店、お昼の12:30に閉店してしまうんで早めに会社を出たけど、ぎりぎり10分前になんとか間に合う。（下の写真は食べたあとに撮ったんで既に入口が閉まってる）
ドーサの前にKhara Bathという（彼曰く）お粥。なんとも旨い。
で、ドーサである。頼んだのはBenne Masala Dosa。
こりゃー旨かった！サクサクぶりが半端ない。後でウェブで調べたら、ここは"iconic"なドーサやさんなんだそう。

Central Tiffin Room or CTR is a restaurant in northwest Bangalore. It is notable for its Masala Dosas which come in butter and non butter variants. It is situated at the 7th Cross Road corner of Margosa Road, Malleshwaram, opposite to the Malleshwaram Grounds.[1]
Apart from the Dosas CTR is also known for its Idly-Vada, Poori-Saagu, Kharabath and Kesaribath, Mangalore Bajji and filter coffee. It has won awards including the Times Food Guide "Best Benne Masala Dosa in Bangalore" and Burrp.com's "Best Benne Masale in Bangalore".[2] The restaurant was renovated in 2011 to add more capacity.

日本名「フトモモ」ｗという果物。ビワに近いかも。
