なんだろうと思ってちょっと調べたら、こんな事故が起こっていた様子。

この記事の中に、加害者がStravaのメンバーだったという言及がある。Stravaが流行りだした頃、同様の死亡事故が起きたけれど、今回は被害者・加害者がいて裁判は免れない状況。それに対してStrava側のコメントと受け取る事ができる。
これらの一件、仮にStravaに賠償責任を求めたりしたとしたら、それはお門違いだろう。ありえないとは思うが。
