HDL/LDL比が良いんであまり気にしてなかったけど、トータルコレステロール値があまりにも外れてるんでファミリードクターの勧めで心臓のカルシウムCTスキャンを。
A coronary CT calcium scan is a computed tomography (CT) scan of the heart for the assessment of severity of coronary artery disease. Specifically, it looks for calcium deposits in the coronary arteries that can narrow arteries and increase the risk of heart attack.[1]
要するに、心臓の冠動脈に沈殿しているカルシウム量を測る検査。心臓発作のリスクを調べることができる。
で、昨日スキャンしてきたけど既にファミリードクターから結果が。

Naoto, I would still recommend for you to try to keep on a Whole Plant strong Diet.
どうやら心臓にカルシウムは検出されなかった様子（CAC score == 0）。よかったよかった。それにしてもベジの全食を勧めてくるドクター…。
ちなみに、
ニューヨーク(ロイターヘルス) - 60歳未満で冠動脈石灰化(CAC)スコアが0であり、心疾患の症状がみられない人の場合、死亡リスクが1%未満の期間が15年間「保証」されることが新規研究結果から示された
これで15年の保証付き。
