My husband and I were intrigued by the fact that they do not make any other dishes aside from pho noodle soup and beverages. A focus on pho signals good things. That's what the bottle on the table is for!If you're nearby – it's in the southern part of San Jose, check it out. We had a fine late lunch on a quiet Tuesday. There's outdoor seating. The staff is polite, professional. You pay about $15 for a satisfying small bowl with fresh noodles. Get the large noodles. I don't know were the name comes from but it's easy to remember Pho Papa.

メニュー。徹底した牛肉phoのみ。チキンさえない。ここはRandyさんおすすめ１番とショートビーフリブスペシャルで。
もちろん生麺、ブロスもコクが有ってよろしい。
ビーフショートリブ。ところどころ固めだけど、骨付随の部分は柔らかくてうまい。このスープがまたよろしい。phoとは別のブロス。骨のコクが更に出ている。
名前がちょっと変わってるけど😄、ここはPho Ha Noiに匹敵するかも。
