クパティーノで山火事。

マーキュリー・ニュースによれば、

The fire, whose cause was unknown, started at 11:45 a.m. in a chaparral-filled canyon near Monte Bello and Steven Canyon Roads in Cupertino, then quickly climbed up an adjacent ridgeline. Downed power lines were found at the site, but an investigation is still under way.

昼前にクパティーノのサンタクルーズマウンテンズで出火。20〜30軒の家の住民が避難したものの、夕方までに大きな被害無く鎮火。
この火事でいつも自転車で登っているMontebello Rd.及び貯水池沿いのStevens Canyon Rd.が通行止めになったらしい。Montebello Rd.といえばRidgeやPicchettiのワイナリーも大丈夫だった様子。
