“Facebook was unapologetic about their use of user data and ad mining” <- negative, since they just look pigheaded and uncaring about user feelings on the matter
“Bill Clinton is unapologetic in his support of Israel” <- positive in that he’s showing that he feels his position is a good one, regardless of nay-sayers.
