庭のオレンジ、ついに今年最後の収穫。
今年は一度に収穫せず、食べる分だけこまめに収穫してたんでこんな時期まで。で、木を見るとどうも次期のオレンジ予備軍がショボすぎる。んで、調べた。

う、やっぱり隔年であたり・はずれの年がある様子。んで、これを防ぐにはpruning(枝打ち)か、thinning(小さい実のうちに間引き)する必要があるそう。
奥に前から忠告されてたんだけど、実行してみないと納得しな性格なんでw。でも結局のところ平均してしまえば収穫総量は変わんない気もするし、食べる分だけ収穫する方法の方がいつも新鮮なのを食べられるしいい気もする。
