昼過ぎに訪問者。出迎えると玄関に警官らしき人が。PG&Eでもなんでもこういう時は身分証を見せてくれるようお願いするんだけど、怪訝な顔をしつつ制服の警官バッヂを指差すのみ。
うーむこれは信用するしかないのか、と思いつつ用件を聞くと、
ああこれか！セキュリティカメラ設置時にサンノゼ警察に登録してリベートもらったやつか。その警官いわく、カメラの登録がリベートの条件だけど、うちのカメラの登録がなされてないんだそう。うーむよく調べてるな、というか3年以上前なんだけどしっかりチェックしてる。
まあ確かに登録した記憶がない😅ので、済まない気持ちになってると彼の携帯でその場登録できるそうなんでそうした。そしたらすかさず、
