Google、半数以上の社員が契約社員なんだそうだけど、同じタスクをこなしても、契約社員ということで給料・ベネフィットが格段に違う。彼女いわく「カースト制」。この待遇の差が恥ずかしく感じられるんだそう。

これ、身近な例として感じるけれど、ベイエリアのIT企業の大きな問題だよなぁ。
