To see it shine as a natural, it is a lighter roast coffee but will have some higher acidity attributes. For most, a nice medium roast, close but not into 2nd crack will have a little bit of all the tastes, really well balanced. 浅煎りでフルーティ、深煎でも良い、とあるけど、うち好みのFC+までローストしたらなんとなく苦味が強調されてアウト。次の朝に奥のカップに飲み残しが残ってること多々あったんで奥も好みじゃなかった様子。
この焙煎で2ポンド終了したんで次の豆へ。前回のホンジュラスが旨かっただけにちと残念。
