最後の更新から1年以上経過してるけど、

来週YouTubeでサイエンティストがプロジェクトについて質疑応答セッションしてくれるらしい。

Will moving across the country affect the microbes in my starter?  Do people with pets have different microbes in their starters? Does it matter if I use tap water instead of filtered water?  Is San Francisco bread actually all that special?

These are just a few of the questions that Dr. Erin McKenney and Lauren Nichols, scientists working on the Sourdough Project, will answer during a live streamed YouTube conversation next week.
