This highly coveted burr set provides a wider range of grind settings for a premium cup of drip coffee. By grinding 200 microns finer than Ode Brew Grinder burrs for drip coffee settings, you can further dial-in recipes for brewers like Hario V60 or AeroPress® Coffee Maker.

自分の持ってるOde GrinderのBurrアップグレード。と言っても"note"にある通り、現在はGrinder本体購入に限りアップグレードとして手に入る様子。夏までには個別購入可能、とあるけど怪しいなｗ。

このBurrで、より細かく均等にグラインドできるようになるらしい。まあでもこれに$185払う価値があるか、というとちょっと？だけれど、いいんだよ趣味なんだから。

Will Red Speed SSP Burrs fit my Ode?
SSP burrs have an outer diameter of 64.2 mm, which is slightly larger than the stock 64 mm burrs inside of Ode Brew Grinder. We have updated our manufacturing tolerances to ensure that all Odes produced after a certain date can fit both SSP designs as well as our own.
